This unique teardrop memorial was dedicated to the People of the United States by the People of Russia and Russian President Puten. It was dedicate on September 11, 2006. The Statute of Liberty and lower Manhattan Island are visible from the other side of the monument. The black stone base is inscribed with the names of all of the victims of the 9/11 attacks. The monument is located adjacent to the cruise ship terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey.

This photo was awarded a second place Red Ribbon at the 2010 Salem County Fair.
